The Garden Hub is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse.

We understand that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time task, and we are committed to continual improvement.

What we are doing.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target standard. In practice, this means we try to ensure that our website:

  • Can be navigated using a keyboard alone.
  • Works with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
  • Uses sufficient colour contrast for text and interface elements.
  • Provides descriptive alternative text for images.
  • Uses clear, plain language throughout.
  • Does not rely on colour alone to convey meaning.

Known limitations.

Our website has not yet undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit. While we have made good-faith efforts to build an accessible site, there may be areas that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are committed to identifying and addressing these over time.
