/01 How quickly can you deliver?
Most hot tubs dispatch within 2–3 weeks. Saunas and ice baths ship inside 5–10 days for UK mainland. We'll confirm an exact date once your order is placed.
/02 Do you install, or is it DIY?
Every hot tub and ice bath purchase includes professional delivery and installation by our UK partner crew. Saunas ship flat-packed with a step-by-step guide; you can add a £995 crew build at checkout if you'd rather not lift a spanner.
/03 What if my garden is hard to access?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp and your postcode. We'll do a virtual site survey and let you know within 24 hours if we need a crane, hiab or stair-walker.
/04 What warranty comes with each product?
Cover varies by product. Hot tubs come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty (refurbished tubs ship with 90 days parts & labour, with an optional £395 12-month electrical extension). Saunas have a 2-year manufacturer warranty on cabin and heater. Ice baths have a 2-year warranty on the chiller and 1 year on the cover. Full terms are on every product page.
/05 How does the £99 deposit work?
You pay £99 today to reserve your spot in the build queue. The balance is due 24 hours before delivery; we send a payment link with your delivery confirmation. No interest, no finance, no credit check.
