Every product we sell is covered by a manufacturer warranty administered through our supply partner, Spa Care UK Ltd. If something goes wrong, you contact us — we handle it.

02 / New units

New hot tubs and swim spas.

The following warranty terms apply from the original date of delivery:

Shell structure
10 years against water loss due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Shell surface
1 year against cracking, blistering, or delamination due to manufacturing defects. Surface checking is not included.
Plumbing
1 year against leaks due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Equipment
Electronic control systems, jet pumps, circulation pump, heater — 1 year against failure due to manufacturing defects.
Ozone generator
1 year.
Blower
1 year.
Audio & video components
Factory-installed — 1 year.
LED lighting
Factory-installed — 1 year.
Cabinet
1 year against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, colour variation, and natural weathering of wood are not covered.
Pillows & filter box
90 days. Chemical balance must be maintained throughout this period; damage caused by incorrect chemical use is not covered.
Spa cover
2 years on vinyl, 1 year on foam core.
Accessories
Warranted separately by the accessory manufacturer; please refer to the relevant documentation.
03 / Extended cover

Extended warranty.

On selected models, extended warranty coverage may be available for electrical components (pumps, touchpads, control boxes, and plumbing). Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product listing. To maintain an extended warranty, an annual inspection is required; please contact us for details and pricing.

All warranty coverage — including any extended warranty — includes both parts and labour.

04 / Refurbished

Pre-owned hot tubs.

Pre-owned hot tubs are supplied with a 90-day parts and labour warranty from the date of delivery, covering sudden mechanical failure of the main components: pumps, electrical control packs, and topside control panels.

The following are not covered on pre-owned units: acrylic shell, water leaks, audio-visual equipment, lighting, covers, cover lifters, steps, cabinet panelling, air or water divert valves, jets, headrests, drain valves.

05 / Heat pumps

Air source heat pumps.

2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

06 / Saunas

Saunas.

2-year warranty on sauna heaters from the date of purchase.

07 / Exclusions

What is not covered under any warranty.

The following are excluded from all warranty coverage:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by incorrect chemical use (including the use of chlorine tablets in acrylic hot tubs, which will void your warranty entirely).
  • Improper electrical installation.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
  • Acts of God (storms, flooding, etc.).
  • Commercial or holiday let use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any repairs attempted by anyone other than our authorised service partner.
08 / Conditions

Important conditions.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty begins on the date of delivery.
  • The warranty is voided immediately if the product is transferred to a new owner, relocated outside the UK, or subjected to unauthorised modification or repair.
  • To maintain validity, the product must be connected to a certified electrical supply by a qualified electrician and used in accordance with the manufacturer's owner manual.
09 / Making a claim

How to make a claim.

Contact us in writing within 30 days of discovering a problem, with a copy of your original purchase confirmation indicating the date of purchase.

We will assess your claim and arrange for inspection or repair as appropriate. We reserve the right to inspect the product before processing any warranty claim.

Your statutory rights.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For independent advice, visit citizensadvice.org.uk.

These warranty terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
